If the car is truly "restored" it will drive like a new car. A lot of people will put a new paint job and some new tires / wheels on it and call it restored. A restored car has new parts down to the wheel bearings, etc. If it is done correctly, it will drive with no problems for many years. It is a shame though to drive a restored classic every day. A regular car is nice to have to drive in the rain, crappy weather, etc.
